Important information
- Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes prior to your treatment start time. Any delay in arrival may result in shortened treatment duration.
- Spa treatment includes complimentary access to the outdoor pool and spa facilities.
- The pool is operational from May to October, inclusive.
- Spa guests receive a locker and a robe.
- A health declaration must be signed before any treatment begins.
- Payment for the treatment is settled at the spa counter before receiving the treatment.
- Entry to the spa is from the age of 18 and above.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation must be made no later than 24 before the scheduled treatment.
- Cancellation occuring between 24 hours to 6 hours prior to the treatment will result in a 50% charge of the treatment price.
- Cancellation within 6 hours of the treatment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the ordered treatment.
- Cancellation notifications ca be made by phone during spa operating hours or by email.
- For your safety, it is recommended not to wear jewelry or bring valuable objects to the spa complex. The management cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
