- Please arrive at the spa 15 minutes before the start of your treatment. Any delay in arrival will shorten the treatment time.
- Spa guests receive a locker, slippers, and a robe.
- A health declaration must be signed before the start of each treatment.
- Payment for treatments should be arranged at the spa reception prior to the treatment.
- Spa entry is for guests aged 18 and above.
- Massages for pregnant women are available from the 16th week of pregnancy and onward.
- Cancellations, changes of treatment type, or postponements can be made up to two days before the scheduled massage at no charge.
- One day before the scheduled massage - any cancellation, change of treatment type, or postponement will incur a fee of 150 NIS per person.
- On the day of the massage - any no-show will incur a fee of 200 NIS per person.
